This talc-free, translucent powder sets makeup for up to 16 hours with a weightless, soft-focus matte finish. Formulated with amino acid and silica powders, the powder helps to blur the look of pores and fine lines, providing shine control with no photo flashback.
Velour Puff
Laura Mercier’s signature puff is specially designed to work with the setting powder, picking up and depositing the perfect amount of product for a smooth, even application.
Saturate the Velour Puff with powder, working the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to work the powder into the face and set makeup. For extra hold, use the Ultra Blur Setting Spray.
